From Wellness Practitioner to Wellness Marketing Strategist

Before stepping into the world of marketing and design, I spent years working hands on in the health and wellness space as a sports medicine therapist. Supporting others in their healing journeys gave me a deep understanding of the care, intention, and responsibility that comes with wellness work.

I know how much you hold for your clients. I also know how easy it is for marketing to become the thing that feels heavy, confusing, or constantly pushed to the side.

Over time, I felt called toward a more creative path, one that combined strategy, storytelling, and purpose driven business. In 2017, I began offering marketing services and quickly realized where I could make the biggest impact. I was not just helping people market their work. I was helping wellness professionals share their gifts with clarity and confidence.
