From Wellness Practitioner to Wellness Marketing Strategist

Before stepping into the world of marketing and design, I spent years working hands-on in the health and wellness space as a sports medicine therapist. Supporting others on their healing journeys gave me a deep understanding of the care, intention, and responsibility that comes with wellness work.

But I felt called to a creative path — one that combined strategy, storytelling, and purpose-driven business. In 2017, I launched my first marketing services, and quickly realized my true passion: helping wellness professionals share their gifts with clarity and confidence.
